    1. What do I do if I have a complaint?
      We are sorry that you need to make a complaint. You will need to make it to the specialist dealer from whom you purchased the product. For legal reasons your complaint must be made to the dealer because any guarantee claim you may have is against them. Please include your till receipt with the goods you are complaining about. You can only assert your legal claim to a guarantee for faulty goods if you produce this receipt. This is because it is used to verify the purchase date as well as also to prove that you actually did purchase the goods from the dealer. You should therefore always be sure to keep any purchase documents relating to high end, expensive goods.

      Please understand that we are unable to process any complaints received directly from end consumers. Should your ZIENER specialist dealer offer to exchange the product, they can, if necessary, contact ZIENER to order a new one (assuming that the product is still available).

    2. How long is the guarantee (warranty for defects)?
      Statutory warranty periods apply – i.e. you can make a warranty claim against the ZIENER specialist dealer from whom you purchased the product for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The till receipt functions as proof of purchase. The guarantee does not cover incorrect handling; damage which you caused yourself and natural wear and tear.

    3. What should I do if I don't have the till receipt anymore?
      If you don't have the till receipt (anymore), please contact the ZIENER specialist dealer from whom you purchased the product. In certain cases you may possibly still be able to prove that you purchased the product from them even if you no longer have a receipt. We do, however, recommend that you always keep the receipts for your ZIENER products. This will enable you both to prove the date of purchase and also to show that you really did buy the product from the dealer.

    4. Can I order spare parts or single gloves?
      ZIENER only sells ZIENER products through specialist dealers and not directly to end consumers. Please therefore contact your ZIENER specialist dealer. Depending on the product they may be able to order spare parts. Gloves are only available in pairs.

      ZIENER only sells ZIENER products through specialist dealers and/or their online shops. ZIENER does not operate warehouse or sample stock sales outlets.
