The extremely warm, environmentally friendly ZIENER ski lobster mittens GORIUS AW LOBSTER, from the new sustainable Ex4 series, impress with their high wearing comfort and a particularly environmentally friendly production. The production of the freeride-oriented, particularly elastic ski lobster gloves with removable inner gloves is both carbon-neutral and PFC-free. Comfortable padding made of lavalan® alpine wool keeps the hands comfortably warm, while at the same time being highly breathable. Recycled POLARTEC® fleece is used for the lining on the backs of the gloves. The water-repellent outer fabric ensures hands remain pleasantly dry even in adverse weather conditions. Fine kid leather gives the ski lobster gloves an optimal grip as well as a soft feel. The gloves’ long cuffs can be worn over jacket sleeves to prevent snow from penetrating them. PFC FREE
In the case of PFC-free products, attention is paid to an environmentally friendly PFC-free impregnation that offers the same level of water repellency. PFC (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals) refers to a large group of chemicals that are intermediates, excipients or de-gradation products of certain fluorocarbon compounds. These are environmentally harmful substances. PFCs are used because of their water-, dirt- and grease-repel-lent properties. ZIENER is constantly working to remove the questionable PFCs from the lifecycle of its products.
REPAIR SERVICE
ZIENER will replace or repair items covered by the limi-ted warranty within the normal product life specified by ZIENER. The product life is determined by customer ser-vice based on the age of the product and the nature of the defect. Damages caused by wear and tear, improper use, abrasion or negligence are excluded from the warranty, but can be repaired at a reasonable price.
