In the case of PFC-free products, attention is paid to an environmentally friendly PFC-free impregnation that offers the same level of water repellency. PFC (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals) refers to a large group of chemicals that are intermediates, excipients or de-gradation products of certain fluorocarbon compounds.
